Booking Policies

1. 1.1. Deposit Requirement

   A deposit equal to 1 night's room rate is required to confirm and secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon check-in.

2. 1.2. Pricing Structure & Charges

   • Displayed rates are inclusive of total stay costs, standard cleaning fees, and applicable taxes.
   • Credit card transaction fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at the final payment step.
   • Optional service fees requested by guests are itemized separately in the price details.
   • Currency: Rates displayed in foreign currencies are for reference purposes only based on daily exchange rates. The official billing currency for all transactions is Vietnamese Dong (VND).

3. 1.3. Payment Methods

   • Accommodation Charges: Must be settled prior to check-in via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card (payment links/instructions sent upon booking confirmation).
   • Incidentals / Additional Fees during Stay: Accepted payment methods:

1. 2.1. Booking Confirmation

   A reservation is strictly confirmed only after the guest receives an official email confirmation from Tranqo Stays. Please review all booking details carefully, including room type, dates of stay, and guest details.

2. 2.2. Cancellation Policy

   • 7 days or more prior to check-in: Free cancellation (100% refund).
   • 4 to 6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
   • Within 3 days prior to check-in: Non-refundable (100% charge).
   • Public Holidays & Tet Period Bookings: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. 2.3. Refund Terms

   • Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation approval. Payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
   • Refunds are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Tranqo Stays is not responsible for any differences resulting from bank exchange rate fluctuations.

4. 2.4. Date Modification Policy

   • Date change requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the original check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments).
   • Modifications within 3 days of check-in or for Holiday/Tet bookings are strictly not permitted.

Note: All requests for early check-in, late check-out, or extra occupancy are subject to room availability and require prior host confirmation.

1. 3.1. Early Check-in Surcharges

   • 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Complimentary (subject to room availability).
   • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 50% surcharge of the nightly room rate.
   • Before 8:00 AM: 100% surcharge of the nightly room rate (charged as an additional night).

2. 3.2. Late Check-out Surcharges

   • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Complimentary (requires prior request and host approval).
   • 12:01 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% surcharge based on the check-out date's room rate.
   • After 6:00 PM: charged as an additional night.

3. 3.3. Children & Occupancy Policy

   • Standard Occupancy: Studio apartments are optimized for 2 adults (equipped with 1 Queen bed/ King bed; no extra beds available).
   • Children under 11 years old: Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents (maximum 1 child per room).
   • Children 11 years and older: Counted as adult guests.
   • Maximum Occupancy: To ensure comfort and optimal stay quality, maximum capacity per studio is 2 adults and 1 child under 11 years old. Guests are kindly advised to select room counts according to group size upon booking.
