1. House Rules & Regulations
To ensure safety, privacy, and a pleasant stay for all guests, Tranqo Stays kindly asks you to observe the following rules:
1.1. Events & Parties
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Tranqo Stays management.
1.2. Smoking Policy
Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the room and indoor communal areas. Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony (with room doors tightly closed) or the outdoor rooftop area.
1.3. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 07:00 AM to respect neighboring residents.
1.4. Property & Personal Belongings
Please handle room amenities and furniture with care. Any damage or loss caused during your stay will be charged based on actual repair or replacement costs. Guests are responsible for securing their personal valuables; Tranqo Stays assumes no liability for loss of personal property.
1.5. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed inside the building or apartment units under any circumstances.
1.6. Visitor Policy
- All visitors must comply with Vietnamese law and register with a Citizen ID (CCCD) or Passport before entering the room.
- Visiting hours: 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM on the same day.
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior registration with management.
1.7. Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Possession or use of drugs and illegal substances, gambling, sports betting, or any other acts violating Vietnamese law are strictly prohibited. Tranqo Stays reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund and notify the authorities if any violation is detected.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
2.1. Required Identification Documents
In compliance with local registration laws, all guests must submit valid ID details prior to check-in:
- Vietnamese Guests: Physical Citizen ID card or VNeID app (Level 2 Electronic Identification).
- International Guests: Photo of a valid Passport with an entry Visa, or a Temporary Residence Card (TRC).
2.2. Age Requirement
- The primary guest registering the booking must be at least 18 years old.
- Guests under 18 years old must provide verification and authorization from a parent or legal guardian for any matters during the stay.
2.3. Timing & Process
- Check-in Method: 24/7 Self check-in via smart lock system. Access codes and step-by-step instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
- Standard Check-in Time: After 03:00 PM.
- Standard Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM.
