1. Acceptance
By accessing tranqostays.com, creating an account, or completing a booking, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Stay policies.
2. Tranqo’s service
Tranqo offers direct short-term stay bookings — design-led rooms in central Saigon with 24/7 self check-in. We own/operate the listings on this site; we are not a marketplace for third-party hosts. Marketing, photos, and descriptions aim to represent rooms accurately; specific rates, amenities, and cancellation terms appear on each listing and at checkout.
3. Guest accounts
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity on your account
- Profile details must be accurate so we can send confirmations and check-in instructions
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or house-rule violations
4. Bookings & payment
- Nightly rates, fees, and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm
- Bookings confirm after successful payment or approval (when required)
- You must provide accurate guest and stay details; errors may affect check-in
- Taxes and fees apply under Vietnamese law and as shown at checkout
- Cart / checkout bookings on Tranqo are direct bookings with us
5. Check-in & your stay
- Self check-in via smart lock after confirmation and required check-in steps
- Guests must present ID when required by law or our policy
- No large parties, no indoor smoking, respect quiet hours and neighbors
- Guest count must match the listing max; do not transfer a booking without telling Tranqo
- Guest-caused damage (fixtures, locks, rooms, etc.) may be charged at reasonable repair cost

6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms depend on each booking and are stated before payment. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Force majeure (natural disaster, government orders, etc.) may be reviewed case by case.
7. Liability
Tranqo strives to keep rooms clean, safe, and accurately described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, losses from events beyond reasonable control, or guest misconduct. Please secure your belongings and follow on-site safety guidance.
8. Intellectual property
The Tranqo logo, room photos, marketing copy, and website content belong to Tranqo (or licensed partners). Do not copy, reuse commercially, or mass-scrape without written consent.
9. Changes & contact
