Required documents

• Vietnamese guests: Must present a hard-copy Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or VNeID (Level 2 Digital ID).
• International guests: Must submit one of the following valid documents — a photo of passport with a valid visa, or a photo of a Temporary Residence Card.

Age requirement

The minimum age for guests to check in is 18 years old or older.

• Guests under 18 must have verification information from a guardian to address any issues that may arise during their stay.

Check-in & check-out times

Self check-in is available 24/7 via smart lock.

• Check-in time: after 15:00
• Check-out time: 11:00

Deposit

• A one-night deposit is required to secure your reservation; the remaining balance is due at check-in.

Pricing & fees

• Prices shown include the stay total with applicable fees and tax before you confirm.
• Direct booking rates may be lower than third-party platforms.
• Additional fees (cleaning, extras) are listed clearly in the price breakdown.

• No parties or events without prior written approval.
• No smoking indoors. Quiet hours apply overnight out of respect for neighbors.
• Treat the space and furniture with care — damage may be charged at cost.

Cancellation policy

• Moderate. Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in. Between 5 days and check-in, 50% refund. No refund after check-in starts.
• Most Tranqo listings use this Moderate default. Some rooms may use Flexible, Strict, or Non-refundable rates — always confirm the policy on the room page before booking.
• Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within about 7–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.

Date change policy

• Rescheduling: request at least 3 days before check-in (subject to availability). Within 3 days of check-in, the original reservation stands. Holiday / Tết bookings usually cannot change the check-in date.

No-show

• If you do not arrive and do not cancel beforehand (no-show), 100% of the booking total is charged. The room may be released for other guests.

• We support guests in Vietnamese and English for check-in and stay issues.
• For booking or access problems, use the FAQ or contact us — we respond as soon as we can.
• In an emergency, contact local authorities first, then reach out to Tranqo support.

Late check-out

If you need a check-out time later than the standard policy, Tranqo applies an additional charge based on the extra hours of stay:

• From 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: complimentary, subject to prior notice and host confirmation.
• From 12:01 PM – 6:00 PM (18:00): a surcharge of 50% of the room rate (based on the check-out day rate).
• After 6:00 PM (18:00): a surcharge of 100% of the room rate (treated as a new night’s stay, based on the check-out day rate).

Stay extension policy

• If guests wish to extend their stay, Tranqo applies the room rate at the time of extension. Rates may vary depending on the period and room availability.
