Tranqo (tranqostays.com) operates a short-term stay booking platform — industrial design rooms in Saigon with 24/7 smart-lock check-in. This policy explains the personal data we process, why we use it, and your rights as a guest.

Depending how you use Tranqo, we may collect:

• Guest account: name, email, phone, profile photo (if provided)
• Bookings: stay dates, guest count, selected room, special requests, wishlists, and trip history
• Check-in: ID documents and verification photos as required by Vietnamese law
• Payments: transaction status and references (card details handled by secure payment partners — we do not store full card numbers)
• Support messages: content you send via contact forms or the guest portal
• Website usage: cookies, device, IP, language/currency, and page interactions (see Your Privacy Choices)

• Process bookings, payments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out
• Send check-in instructions (access codes, exact address after booking), reminders, and stay support
• Run the guest portal: trips, wishlists, notifications, and profile
• Improve room listings, search, displayed rates, and direct booking experience
• Send Tranqo offers or updates when you opt in to marketing (opt out anytime)
• Detect fraud, protect property, and meet legal duties (guest registration, tax, etc.)

We do not sell personal data. We share only when needed to operate the service:

• Payment partners (e.g. Stripe) to complete transactions
• Hosting, email, SMS, and analytics providers under confidentiality agreements
• Authorities when required by Vietnamese law (e.g. guest registration)
• Legal representatives or parties in a dispute related to a stay

Booking and check-in data is kept as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal duties. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reasonable security measures. No system is perfectly secure — if an incident affects you, we will notify as required by law.

Our service is for people with legal capacity to contract. Guests under 18 should book only with consent/supervision of a responsible adult.
